Australian green living resources
By Green Living Tips | Published  03/23/2009
While I'm a true blue, dinky di Orstrayleeun; most visitors to Green Living Tips aren't from Australia, but from the USA - so the site is primarily geared to them.

I do try to include Australian specific content, but when it comes to goods and services, Aussies are at somewhat of a disadvantage on GLT as most of the comments and recommendations from readers are also US-centric.

Recently I came across EcoDirectory - a very Australia green living resources site that has hundreds of listings for earth friendly goods and services that can be purchased locally. Established in 2003, EcoDirectory is Australia's original green directory.

Whether it's bags, bodycare, hemp products, organic foods or eco-friendly pet supplies you're looking for, you'll likely find it on Ecodirectory.

Mark and his team also run a blog on local and international green news and environmental happenings and have partnered with Planet Ark to publish The Little Green Guide, written by EcoDirectory co-founder Mark Mann. The guide shows you how to go green with the least cost and effort.

If you're the sociable type; Ecodirectory also has a calendar of "ecoevents" happening throughout Australia!

Check out EcoDirectory... but then come straight back here of course ;)
